Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: If the returned item is not returned back in its original condition and does not follow our return guidelines, the return will not be accepted.

Return Guidelines:

-Final Sale products cannot be returned. 

Final sale items include: 

  • Items purchased on sale or with a 30% or higher discount
  • Purses/bags or makeup bags
  • Jewelry
  • Undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Any special FLASH SALE, CLAIM GAME, or DOORBUSTER items

-All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. We will not accept returns of items with signs of wear, including stains/deodorant stains, or strong smells of perfume. 

-We will not accept returns of items containing an excessive amount of human or animal hair. 

-Items must not contain any smoke smell. 

-Return items must be folded and packaged appropriately. 

-If you received free shipping with your order of $100+, and your returned items make the total fall below $100, the initial shipping costs may be deducted from your store credit at the discretion of Liza Co Boutique.  

To start a return, you can contact us at lizacoboutique@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.


If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email as well as instructions on how/where to send your package. The customer is responsible for shipping back return items. Liza Co does not provide shipping labels at this time. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.


Exchanges
We're unable to process exchanges, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. AGAIN PLEASE NOTE: If the returned item is not returned back in its original condition and does not follow our above return guidelines, the return will not be accepted. If approved, you’ll be sent an e-giftcard with store credit within 10 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return and send out your store credit.
